The Chardonnay is produced on warm hillocks with micaschists and schists in subsoil which are covered with pebbles. The terroir counts 7 hectares of vines, which are less than 15 years old.
Tasting :
We carry out a malolactic fermentation on about 40% of the volume get more roundness and suppleness. Our CHARDONNAY CLASSIC is a fresh and fine wine. It develops ample fruity aromas like exotic fruits (pineapple and banana) and quince.

Food and wine pairing
Served between 12 and 14C, it can be served during the aperitif, then with fish and poultries prepared with sauce. It can be also served with light cheese and fruit-based desserts.
