Aged between 45 to 50 years old, our vines are planted on very sandy soils with silts.
Tasting :
After a nose of mandarin and peel of orange, this wine offers in mouth lovely aromas of stewed fruits, dried fruits and toasted bread.
Food and wine pairing
Very nice shellfish like crayfish, lobster… Noble fishes like bass, turbot, or John Dory Slightly spicy white meats, goat’s cheese. Best served between 10 and 12°C.
