inputs made both in the vineyard and in the winery at each
steps of the wine making process.
From the reference number written on the bottle (on the label) we can provide any information concerning the wine in the bottle:
the analysis of the soil witch come the grape,
all intervention in the vineyard,
all intervention in the wine process,
all the inputs made,
all information about the content,
Records in H.A.C.C.P normes.
Integrated Farming Accreditation :
The product follow-up is not an end in itself, that's why we have turned to a process of accredtation within the framework of Integrated Farming. We expect this fututre qualification to serve as a proof of our everday rigour in each step of our work and to be able to offer wines of great quality with the garantee of food security to our consumers.
